- Two-night minimum stay for Friday or Saturday arrivals.
- One-night Weekend stays available Nov. through April.
- On Premium Dates (e.g. Fall Color Weekends), add $50/night.
- THE PROPERTY IS 100% SMOKE-FREE, OUTDOORS AS WELL AS INDOORS. This policy is strictly enforced & includes a ban on ALL open flames, including the use of candles in guest accommodations.
- No children.
- No pets.
- There are no in-room phones.
- The dining room dress code is Casual Elegance: a sportcoat for gentlemen is appropriate, but not required. Please, no fleece, tennis shoes, shorts, or flip-flops in the Dining Room
- Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. (CT)
- Check-out is by 11 a.m.
- Tours by appointment only, please.

MAKING RESERVATIONS:
While it's a good idea to book your preferred accommodations well in advance, it's always worth checking to see what we have available for your special getaway.
Please contact our Reservations Desk directly at 800-568-1995 ext. 4 daily between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. (CT) to learn about specific availabilities.
Upon booking a stay, a deposit of 50% (minimum one night's lodging) via credit card is required to secure your reservations. (If paying via check, prepayment in full is required.)
A written confirmation and detailed driving directions are forwarded upon receipt of deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
As short-term cancellations affect us greatly, we will only be able to refund deposits (less a $75 administration fee) for cancellations or changes made 21 days or more before planned arrival date.
If for any reason you must make a short-term cancellation, you are responsible for the entire stay unless we can re-book the room. (The $75 administration fee would still apply.)
ABOUT GRATUITIES: — Tipping here is unnecessary.
We offer two plans to simplify your experience:
A) 20% Service Charge on your DINNER BILL(S) only
covering food & wine in our Dining Room
- OR -
B) 15% Service Charge on your ENTIRE BILL
reflecting all services: Dining Room, Housekeeping, Breakfast Delivery and Relaxation Massage
We will calculate your final bill based on Plan A unless you indicate you prefer Plan B.
If you would like to adjust the figure (up or down), you'll have an opportunity to do so at checkout.
- Services such as Housekeeping, Breakfast Delivery and Relaxation Massage may be covered at that time.
