Wisconsin is a wonderful state full of literally thousands of producers of nearly every imaginable culinary treat. Since the inception of Canoe Bay ® hotel, our mission has been to procure for our guests the finest indigenous, naturally-raised foods, and prepare them with a special care. The goal is that the meals we prepare harmonize with the organic approach to architecture, design, and relaxation found throughout the property.
During the growing season, we passionately cultivate a 3-acre organic garden right here. Most afternoons, you may find the chef in the garden selecting herbs, salad greens, and vegetables for that night's dinner.
