Dinner is a highlight of each day here, with a new prix fixe menu served each night* in our elegant lakeside dining room at The Inn. Book your first night's table in advance, then we'll check with you each morning of your stay regarding your plans for that night's dinner. The
dining room dress code is Casual Elegance: a sportcoat for gentlemen is appropriate, but not required.
Dinner is price fixed at $75/person and seating is on a first-come basis.
For an especially private dining experience, reserve the Wine Cellar Table ($120/person). Besides the uniquely intimate setting, you'll enjoy an additional course from the kitchen and sample pours from the cellar to start and end your celebration.
* Please Note: The Dining Room is closed and dinner is not offered on Tuesday nights year-'round, and also on Wednesday nights from Nov. through April (except Wed., Dec. 30, 2009).

- Dragsmith Farms Micro Greens tossed with Honey Crisp Apples, St. Pete's Select Blue Cheese and a Pear Champagne Vinaigrette
- Roasted Fennel & Tomato Soup
- Seared Halibut over Autumn Harvest Orzo Pasta and Glazed Carrots topped with Rosemary Orange Beurre Blanc
- Snake River Farms Berkshire Pork Loin on Two Root Mash with Golden Beets and an Apricot Glaze
- Canoe Bay S'Mores, featuring Cinnamon Graham Cake, Dark Chocolate & Homemade Marshmallow
