The proud recipient of Wine Spectator Magazine's Best of Award of Excellence, Canoe Bay's rich wine list of over 500 domestic and imported vintages complements the chef's exciting creations. We focus on illuminating the guests' dining experience by helping them discover ideal wine and food pairings for each night's prix fixe dinner.

Wines, champagnes and beer are available each night at dinner, or may be delivered to your cottage, perhaps along with Lunch or a Cheese Board. Our sommelier is always pleased to help you select a bottle you'll enjoy.

Our Wine Cellar — located just steps away from the dining room — offers guests the chance to see much of our collection.

Each evening (except Tuesday when our restaurant is closed), one couple may reserve the table in our Wine Cellar for a unique and especially private dining experience. Cellar Table reservations are coordinated at Reception.

The Wine Cellar Dinner is priced at $240/couple (instead of the usual $150/couple); you will be seated at 7:00 p.m. The Wine Cellar Dinner includes a sparkling wine aperitif, an additional food course during the meal, and a glass of dessert wine. Note: The air temperature in the Wine Cellar is a bit cooler than in our main dining room. Ladies may appreciate bringing a shawl.
