- Cancellation Policy
- With three weeks notice of cancellation, your deposit is refundable-less a 5% administration fee-or you may transfer the entire deposit to an in-house voucher which you may apply towards a future stay. Should you need to cancel within three weeks but more than seven days prior to your arrival, a voucher is still available. Vouchers are valid for two years. If no advance notice of a cancellation is given or if you must cancel less than seven days prior to your arrival date, no voucher will be issued.
- NOTE: If you are traveling with more than one other couple (party of 5 or more), it is important that you please CONTACT US prior to booking.
- Adults Only (minimum age 21)
- Deposit amount: A 50% deposit (min. one night's lodging) is due at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% of lodging is due seven days prior to your arrival date and will be charged to the card on file.
- In lieu of gratuities, a 20% service charge is added to any food & beverage items you order.
- Daytime meals are delivered directly to your cottage. Dining Room reservations for dinner are available on Thursday - Saturday & Monday evenings. In-Room Dinner delivery is offered nightly Thursday-Monday, November thru April.
- Dinner is not offered on Tuesdays year 'round. Wednesdays May through October, a casual in-room meal offering is available for delivery.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request via two methods; In-Cottage Services and Supply Drop.
- Check-in / Check-out 3p / 11a (CT)
- To prevent invasive species, no outside watercrafts are allowed. We provide kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards which are included in your lodging rate.
- There are no cooking facilities in rooms - except for a microwave, Keurig/Nespresso, and mini fridge.
- 100% Smoke/Flame-free indoors & out (no smoking, candles, nor e-cigarettes).
- If evidence found in or outside of cottage, a minimum $200 fine will be issued to your bill.
- No Pets - We love our furry friends as much as anyone but for this peaceful getaway we require you leave them home.

- Damage/Deep Clean
- If a deep clean of your accommodation is necessary, a minimum $200 fine will be issued to your bill.
- Damaged items will be charged at replacement value.
- Bath Bombs: No bath bombs or oils in Whirlpool tubs. Stained or glittered tubs upon departure will result in a minimum $200 deep cleaning fee.

Good To Know
- Each Cottage sleeps one adult couple. (There are two exceptions: the Edgewood Villa and the Premier Queen Lakefront Tiny Home in the Canoe Bay Escape Village. Each of these has two bedrooms, to sleep up to four adults.)
- Clean! Our fastidious Housekeepers clean and thoroughly sanitize every accommodation before your arrival.
- All cottages have a wet bar with dishware, sink, Dawn dish detergent, etc.
- Friendly & helpful Staff readily available to facilitate an outstanding stay.
- Stay relaxed: Our delicious Meals are delivered directly to your door, in wooden crates with stoneware dish sets.
- Regarding Wi-Fi: A limited wireless internet connection is available in each cottage*, but cannot be guaranteed. There are also Public Wi-Fi access points, including at the centrally located Reception building.
*Wi-Fi is suitable for e-mail and browsing, but not ideal for streaming movies. We do offer a large DVD/Blu-Ray movie library located at the Lodge, available for your use
